What You Can Expect from Us and What We Expect from You

Your Rights:

  • Service Management: You can withdraw, cancel services, and make financial transactions with us at any time.
  • Data Privacy: We respect your copyright rules, including attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use. We expect the same respect for our copyright rules in return.
  • Communication: We will inform you of any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience before and after the service call if needed.

Our Responsibilities:

  • Customer Expectations: We manage customer expectations, including liability for information errors or website downtime.
  • User Behavior: We set rules for user behavior, prohibiting unlawful actions, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc., to ensure all clients are treated respectfully and service issues are handled professionally and promptly.
  • Account Management: We will disable user accounts upon your written request. If a service order requires this action, it will be detailed in the service order to ensure transparency.
  • Third-Party Vendors: In rare instances where third-party vendor intervention is required to fulfill your service request, we may need to share your information. You can request that this is not done; however, this may affect the resolution time of your request.

Refund Policy

 

Refund Policy:

In the unlikely event that we cannot rectify your technical support issue:

  • Consultations: All consultation fees are non-refundable.
  • On-Site Service Calls: On-site service calls are refundable up until work begins on-site. Once work has commenced, any performed tasks will be charged, and the option for a refund will no longer be available.
